A few weeks ago, during a family emergency, Tonya Beeler sent us a meal. Things at my home were absolute chaos, and somehow, she knew exactly what we needed: tacos, guac, and a lifeline. She showed up.

Q3 is here - and we are ready.
Thereโs something about the start of a new quarter that invites a natural reset. Fresh energy. A chance to revisit the roadmap. Time to check the metrics.
I used to think I had to compartmentalize - hide the mom part, downplay the advocacy, quiet the enthusiasm, โactโ like a CEO. Not anymore.
