Bootstrapping A Path
We love to talk about resilience, about pulling yourself up by your bootstraps and figuring it out.

Someone gave my family a YES to housing. That yes gave us stability.
And stability created the foundation for everything that came after.
See ... that's the power of affordable housing.
For over five years, Iโve had the joy of sitting across from leaders across the nation for the Forbes Quadel Changemakers podcast, asking the questions and drawing out their stories.
This time, I was the guest.
And that felt a little different.
Joe Pardavila and I recently sat together and talked about all things housing.
We talked about NIMBYism, local solutions, and what happens when communities need workers but donโt have housing those workers can afford.
But we talked about something bigger:
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ง ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐๐๐?
Because sometimes the most audacious thing you can do is create a path for someone else to say yes to housing, to stability, to opportunity, and ultimately, to a different future.
