Over the past decade, I’ve tracked the metrics, celebrated a bucket of Quadel firsts, and left plenty of “Katie footprints” along the way. But the milestones only tell part of the story.

I was headed out for a work event when I walked into a surprise that made me do a double take … 𝐳𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐢𝐧 ... my team was there wearing T-shirts with my face on them. Oh geez.

Forbes recently highlighted our Quadel Forbes podcast and it let me reflect on 𝘸𝘩𝘺 I started five years ago.

Grateful for simple things, appreciative of the people around me, and mindful of how much growth comes 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘵.

A text thread this week was buzzing about podcast and webinar setups. Color temperatures, ring light angles, all the glamorous behind-the-scenes details. Then the chat shifted.
