Grateful for simple things, appreciative of the people around me, and mindful of how much growth comes 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘵.

At Quadel, we even have corporate planners with a section dedicated to capturing gratitude moments. I often encourage people to keep a “𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥.”

This isn’t about being Pollyanna or ignoring challenges.

It’s about 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 that fuel the bigger mission.

I'm thankful for the reminder that when we stop to appreciate where we are, we're also better prepared for where we are going.
