A Decade of Impact

Today marks 10 years in the Presidentโ€™s chair at Quadel.
There have been jazz hands, sighs, pacing, cartwheels, and even a few Tums.

โœจ Watching a manager step up - when she doubted she was โ€˜readyโ€™ and after some nudging, she went on to train nearly 700 HUD staff.
โœจ Helping a housing authority reduce a 3-year backlog and now stand on the verge of true High Performer status.
โœจ Building my A-team: the ride-or-die crew who make the impossible a reality.
โœจ The mix of pride and nerves walking onto a TEDx stage in NYC. Sharing a vulnerable story ... one so personal that some of my closest friends and family were hearing it for the very first time.

Katie Goar started with Quadel in 2007 and began leading the company as president in 2015. She leads Quadel with a special focus on customer service and has shifted the companyโ€™s corporate culture, resulting in excellent client service. Katie brings decades of affordable housing experience, having held a mayor-appointed position in city government, a top-level management role within a public housing authority and provided portfolio oversight for 60,000 multifamily units before leading Quadel, a nationwide affordable housing consulting and training organization.
