Culture Is Built in the Moments You Donโt Plan
I was headed out for a work event when I walked into a surprise that made me do a double take โฆ ๐ณ๐จ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ง ... my team was there wearing T-shirts with my face on them. Oh geez. 
It was a mini celebration for my work anniversary, and it quickly became one of the funniest moments. 
This kind of humor reminded me how leadership and culture work best when they find a natural flow:
 โ Creativity thrives when people feel safe. A team needs to think freely and solve problems together.
 โ Humor and hard work are not opposites. In fact, they fuel each other. 
 โ Laughter creates connection, which drives collaboration and quality.
 โ Leadership is reciprocal. When you invest in people: trust them, encourage them, and show you value them. They reflect that energy back in ways that matter most.
By the time we left, I wasnโt just smiling at the shirts.
