This week, I had the chance to join the Yardi team and several housing authority leaders in Boston to dive into a critical conversation: how AI is reshaping workflows and service delivery in the housing space.

After years of leading teams, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about skills and metrics; it’s about people you genuinely enjoy working and laughing with.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧.
Then came a nudge from Eric Wolking who said: “You should get out there.” I had maybe 200 followers, barely any engagement, and more hesitation than confidence.

In one hour, I will make a call that could rearrange the whole week. For better, or not. 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐲.

That's who showed up in NYC.

That’s the intersection I’ve lived at for over two decades - leading professionally while parenting five kids (now ages 14 to 26).
