If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, waiting for the right moment … heads up: there is no perfect moment.

You don’t need credentials to contribute - just the courage to share. For example, you can:

▶️ give someone a shoutout for a meaningful win.
▶️ comment on a post with your perspective or real-life example.
▶️ repost what made you pause or rethink and add “why.”

Women are often penalized more harshly for self-promotion, according to an article in 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴.  Meanwhile women’s visibility is mission critical today for industries to grow and add more perspective at the decision-making table.

Women leaders are 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 because their personal stories expand possibility. 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘣𝘦𝘴 recently reminded us that when women share their voice, they uplift others.

It’s not boasting.

It's sharing how you THINK.
How you SOLVE problems.
