Strategic Time Away for Growth

This week I spent hours being strategic and not living off emails.

It felt unconventional to disconnect from my laptop and activate an out-of-office reply. However, each quarter, I prioritize such periods to:

♟learn more about myself and my path
♟refresh our Quadel superpowers
♟map out our ideal client profiles
♟predict growth trends and analyze risks around the corner

By proactively setting aside time for introspection and team rejuvenation, we position ourselves to navigate challenges effectively and seize emerging opportunities.

Bottom line - feed into your people and yourself! The need for affordable housing is great with lots of work to do - and our teams can't do this on empty tanks.
