Climbing to Excellence

On my visit to the Chick-fil-A headquarters in Atlanta, I learned a lot from a chicken sandwich and โ€ฆ a staircase.

Yes, they stand out in a world full of cheeseburgers.
Yes, their lines move fast, and their staff is top-notch.
But what truly sets them apart?

And

Their founder could have chosen an elevator for their HQ. Instead, he prioritized this staircase - a daily reminder to take the hard way, keep moving forward, and embrace the climb. ๐Ÿ”

In affordable housing and compliance, we also have a staircase to climb. ๐Ÿก
โžก๏ธ To reengineer programs.
โžก๏ธ To streamline processes.
โžก๏ธ To serve those in need with excellence.

With every step we take, the climb does gets easier. This isn't a Polly-Anna approach, it's
