Quitter’s Day

Apparently, today is known as Quitter's Day - the day many give up on their resolutions. Fun fact: only about 6% of people stick with their goals for the entire year.

For me, resolutions are more about setting intentions and embracing practices that inspire growth.

So, I put together a "what's out and what's in" list to keep things focused.

And no, I’m not about to give up coffee or chocolate - I’m not heathen!

Anyone else want to make it past the second Friday in January?
