March Madness Leadership Playbook

What happens when you mix analytics + hope + name recognition?

For me, that’s Hoosier level support during #MarchMadness.

It’s fun to see
the competition, the underdog stories, the upsets and surprises.

Is there a method how you pick the brackets? Sometimes I choose just based on logos. Ha!

This whole process seems like a lesson in leadership:
- how to pick winners
- predict growth
- handle disappointments
- surge with bench strength
- train all season for “the” moment

Wh
o are you predicting?

Thank you Eric Wolking. I’ve gone from 7th rank to 17th in one day.
