You don’t get stronger from the sidelines

Yes, the photo is blurry. When your staff are jokesters who know you’re prone to clownin’ on a panel, that’s what happens.

Right on cue.

Yet, I’ve also been the one dreading the mic and unsure I was the technical expert in the room.

And along the way, I’ve learned:

Was there some clownin’? 100%
