Wins Worth Noticing

In a recent team meeting, I encouraged everyone to It sounds simple, but this practice can be a powerful magnifier.

Wins keep you moving forward, even when things feel heavy or complicated.

By noting small successes, you train your brain to pay attention to what is going well, not just whatโ€™s lacking. This reorientation aligns with what gratitude journals do.

Not every win can be a headline moment.
These are equally as powerful.

Would you count these as a win?
- Clearing out your inbox and prioritizing your calendar
- Solving a messy client or resident situation with calmness
- Preparing and delivering a presentation even if you fumbled
- A project hitting 90% utilization

Even showing up when life is hard counts as a win.

Tracking these moments helps you recognize patterns in your growth and strengths.

So, let's ๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐ง๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ we might otherwise overlook.
