Thoughts on Culture

Piles of boxes on a counter

It's our annual "May merch" theme with corporate apparel and loot (a/k/a koozies and tumblers). And my Quadel package arrived today! It got me wondering on a larger scale ...

➡️ Are other companies doing this? For necessity, or fun?

➡️ Do these things matter to employees?

➡️ With virtual workspaces, offices in multiple states, distance challenges, are these still as effective?

➡️ Are these items useful and desired?

➡️ What about improved corporate attachment and a sense of belonging?

During a visit at our Phoenix office, I encountered someone sporting a Quadel backpack which had sparked a surge in new requests. Similarly, in the Memphis office, anticipation ran high for the arrival of their crossbody bags.

All deep thoughts while I'm sporting the perennial favorite: a cozy fleece pullover.

👉 What are your thoughts?

👉 What's been your best corporate branded item received?

P.S. Thank you Tonya Beeler for shipping these and being our springtime Elf, spreading cheer for all to hear.
