The Eye of the Beholder Isnโt a Strategy
I saw my first Yoko Ono painting this weekend. And I hated it.
I almost passed it up without even recognizing it.
Art really is in the eye of the beholder.
What I didnโt value, others clearly do.

Evaluators reacting to a perception of what they see first.
Lowest cost.
Who tells them โyesโ quickly.
And then there are those who value Integrity and the Audacity to say โnoโ when it matters most. Holding a line on compliance.
Compliance isnโt subjective.
The wrong choice shows up later in findings, risk exposure, strained landlord relationships, and missed moments to serve families well.
So the question isnโt just:
โWhich option looks best right now?โ
Itโs:
โWhich partner holds up under scrutiny when it actually counts?โ
The true value of compliance isnโt always obvious at first glance, but it becomes very clear over time.
