Leadership Notices People
If a white blazer walks into an Uber, while on a Zoom call, holding a cup of coffee โฆ whatโs bound to happen?
A possible java fumble? Or a solid helping hand? Or a reminder about
This week, I watched someone on my team buy a cup of coffee for a man experiencing homelessness who asked for one.
Another picked up lunch for local police officers.
Leadership isnโt just about the xls, the pipeline, or the ppt.
Itโs about noticing people.
Anticipating needs.
Reading the room before someone has to say a word.
A culture built and operating with connection.
When people feel seen and connected, they surge.
What intentional ways are you seeing others and connecting?
Also โฆ if you see me or my team carrying coffee near a white blazer, please intervene immediately.
