Leadership Notices People

If a white blazer walks into an Uber, while on a Zoom call, holding a cup of coffee โ€ฆ whatโ€™s bound to happen?

A possible java fumble? Or a solid helping hand? Or a reminder about

This week, I watched someone on my team buy a cup of coffee for a man experiencing homelessness who asked for one.

Another picked up lunch for local police officers.

Leadership isnโ€™t just about the xls, the pipeline, or the ppt.

Itโ€™s about noticing people.
Anticipating needs.
Reading the room before someone has to say a word.
A culture built and operating with connection.

When people feel seen and connected, they surge.

What intentional ways are you seeing others and connecting?

Also โ€ฆ if you see me or my team carrying coffee near a white blazer, please intervene immediately.
