Honest, unfiltered discussion- WAHN podcast

The microphone and chairs were turned as Ashley Prendergast Northcutt interviewed me for the Women's Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) podcast found here. I share the "good, bad, and the ugly" about affordable housing. Yes, I spilled the tea.

We dive into Quadel’s new employee homeownership program, with gratitude to Marietta Rodriguez and Mike Loftin for sharing their expertise. We also highlight national best practices, like the impactful work Carol Jones-Gilbert is leading at her housing authority.

One of my favorite parts? Our conversation went beyond work, touching on the intersection of career and family, balancing compliance with innovation, and embracing the challenges that make us who we are.

Ashley has a way of drawing out the real story - reminding me that authenticity, even with tough lessons, is what makes the journey meaningful.
