That happens in community.

This year, I stood shoulder to shoulder with some of the brightest minds, strongest personalities, and most talented visionaries. ๐“๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฑ๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐š ๐ ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ญ. It also helped me stay focused on who I needed to be and it carried me through some deeply difficult family moments.

As leaders and entrepreneurs, we sometimes forget how essential the hive really is. Then, when we step back and take inventory, the brilliance becomes clear.

One of my favorite phrases: iron sharpens iron.
