Some growth happens quietly ... but the kind that truly changes your trajectory?

That happens in community.

This year, I stood shoulder to shoulder with some of the brightest minds, strongest personalities, and most talented visionaries. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭. It also helped me stay focused on who I needed to be and it carried me through some deeply difficult family moments.

As leaders and entrepreneurs, we sometimes forget how essential the hive really is. Then, when we step back and take inventory, the brilliance becomes clear.

One of my favorite phrases: iron sharpens iron.

𝐒𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐞. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲.

If you don't have one, build one. Then brace yourself for the change that lies on the other side.
