Affordable Housing Progress

It's January - cold, gray, and seemingly endless. Just because we can't see spring yet doesn't mean it's not on its way; it's a cycle. Affordable housing faces similar challenges: the hurdles are many, and the progress can feel as slow as the passing of winter but:

🏗️ New units are being built
✂️ Ribbon cuttings bring hope and progress
📈 Housing authorities are reaching max utilization and leasing at record rates
💼 Private management agents are achieving incredible turnaround times for move-ins

And hey, if people can believe in finding Sasquatch, I can believe in affordable housing progress. I know it’s out there!
