Accepting How to Brainstorm

The term "𝒄𝒐𝒘 𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔" entered my lingo this week during a round table moderated by Chick-Fil-A marketing execs.

It was an exercise to think creatively and collaborate.

However, outside of amazing chicken sammies and the known cow billboards, our team had zero restaurant knowledge and aren't marketing gurus. Then add a dimension of being at the table with strangers who now had to draft a slogan ... 😳🤪

Why does this matter?

👉 How often are we intimidated by brainstorming?
👉 Confused by collaborating?
👉 Forced into a team setting?
👉 Threatened by the unknown?
👉 Silencing our inner creativity?

Does the prospect of embarking on a complex project provoke anxiety, or ignite excitement? Must we know the complete roadmap, or does intuition and resourcefulness have a loud voice?

Bottom line: 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 to handling the intricacies of work speaks volume about 𝐰𝐡𝐨 we are. So, is that approach in check?
