Lemons to Lemonade

Who else is dealing with disruptions after the hashtag#CrowdStrike morning? I'm currently stuck in Newark but turning lemons into lemonade:

📀 receiving updates on working systems from staff who can flex with resiliency - thank you Darryl and James!
💛 saw our voucher team in action this week serving hundreds of people during leasing briefings that are about to change people's lives
⭐️ still beaming with pride from getting a superhero mug from the themed Newark Quadel team meeting.

In our world, leaping over tall buildings translates to completing current recertifications, providing timely responses to landlords, and ensuring stellar compliance!

There is still a lot of work to do for our client and the community, but I'm grateful for Julianne's leadership in getting us where we are today.
