Celebrate Your Wins
During a recent webinar, I talked about something simple but powerful:
Not just the big ones.
Not just the ones other people see.
All of them.
After the session, I heard from one of the leaders. She reminded me that years ago, when she earned a promotion, I had told her:
She did.
And when she earned her next promotion, she did it again.
Now, each time she sees those items, she remembers exactly why she bought them and it brings her joy.
We spend so much time pushing, achieving, serving, and showing up for others that
There's a reframe to learn this:
โจ Donโt wait for someone else to recognize you.
Mark the milestones - big or small.
Give yourself permission to celebrate the person youโre becoming.
Feel proud of your wins. Every single one.
And that's the end of year lightning bolt to take you into the new year.
